TIME magazine announces its new cover that shows President Trump and the two-year-old Honduran girl crying at the US-Mexico border.

The girl is a cut out from a photograph where she was depicted screaming while a US Customs and Border Patrol agent patted down her mother at a border crossing in southern Texas' Rio Grande Valley. (SMH)

Ok, the policy was changed (and the little girl was not removed from her mother) (SMH) but while all this is happening ... Trump's ratings are going up in the USA.
