Burmeister Studio Cremorne
The building is slated for re-development, this situation has been going on for 2.5 years. I don't have a lease anymore (I've been here for 14 years). I live here too with my partner and her son (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). The studio itself is quite small - about 50 sqm - the ceiling is 2.5m ... a still life studio, with a kitchen right there where you need it, but big enough to do full length shoots. The place all up is about 200 sqm, with 2 huge terraces and two street frontages, Parraween St. & Military Rd.
So the story is, we may be able to stay for another year or more. The shop downstairs got a lease for one year a few months ago. My rent is $650/week.
The fact is, it would be great for someone to take the place over ... there is so much
infrastructure here. Come by and have a look, here's
